Overview:

In order to work safely and healthily in a vehicle cabin, work-site office, or wheel house, Lubecore™ provides the Brofil line of operator cab pressurization and filtration systems which are suitable for practically every use in the on-road, off-road, industrial and shipping sectors. Brofil overpressure systems create a safe working climate for the operator and protect cab equipment against contaminated air. The Brofil system employs a unique combination of offerings to maximize your protection. Through the use of a variable speed fan, the Brofil unit maintains cabin pressures higher than the ambient surroundings by measuring in cab and outside cab air pressure continuously. This provides a barrier to air-borne particles from entering the cabin. In addition, dust filters including a HEPA filter remove dust and fine particles. Brofil units can be fitted with activated carbon filters to remove hazardous gases which would not be removed by dust filters. Activated carbon filters attract molecular contamination like a magnet and chemically binds the contamination to the active carbon. These activated carbon filters come in a number of types which can be selected to provide you with the optimal level of protection. Maintaining fresh air for operators builds a positive work environment and helps to reduce downtime.
